Alopecia – a condition in which hair becomes thinner or disappears completely in certain areas of the head and body. Baldness affects an increasing number of people of both sexes. In the last 15 years alone, there has been a significant increase in the number of women suffering from androgenetic alopecia. Androgenetic alopecia, also known as androgenetic alopecia, affects between 50% and 70% of Caucasian men and between 40% and 50% of Caucasian women.
Keeping the hair and scalp in excellent condition is crucial in the treatment of alopecia, which means sufficient washing to degrease and prevent dandruff (factors that directly affect hair health) and the use of nourishing products that not only feed the follicle but also keep the scalp supple and healthy.
ALOPEL® is a hair treatment for androgenetic alopecia and alopecia areata. It uses the latest molecular activation techniques to naturally energize the hair and scalp while reducing the harmful oxidative stress that occurs in the hair follicle and scalp.
ALOPEL® is a natural product with no contraindications or side effects.
It contains herbal ingredients such as:
- Arnica, rosemary, cress, lemon, ivy and nasturtium (watercress) These herbs prevent hair loss.
- Rosemary, sage, pine and white nettle These herbs control sebum secretion in the scalp.
- Rosemary, chamomile, sage, pine, yarrow, lemon, calendula and white nettle. These herbs control dandruff in the scalp.
To slow down the process of hair loss, three goals must be achieved:
1. Reduce the production of dihydrotestosterone by inhibiting 5α-reductase I and II.
- ALOPEL® contains oleic acid (Hemsleya amabilis root extract) and Biocanin A (red clover extract), which are potent inhibitors of type I and II 5α-reductase.
2. Improves blood flow to the hair follicle.
- Apiginin, included in the ALOPEL® formula, is a flavonoid citrus extract that significantly improves blood flow to the hair follicle.
3. It improves the epithelial root sheath and stimulates the production of attachment molecules.
- The vitamins Matrikine (Biotinyl-Gli-Lis Vitamin H) and Acetyl Tetrapeptide ALOPEL® are included in the formulation to improve the epithelial root sheath and stimulate the production of attachment molecules. Immunohistochemical studies have shown that they attach to the proliferation zones of the cell: the epithelial root sheath and the dermal papilla. In this context, laboratory tests have shown how fibroblasts can produce more collagen III and VII, laminin and protein from the extracellular matrix, which has a protective and healing effect on the different elements of the hair follicle, as well as better attachment of the hair to the follicle. Biotinin-GHK and Acetyl Tetrapeptide help to fight hair ageing and preserve hair in the anagen phase. Biocanin A reduces IL-8 production and reduces inflammation of the scalp.
Efficacy studies of ALOPEL® for hair growth stimulation compared with Biotinyl-GHK (Minoxidil®) showed that ALOPEL® is more effective:
- Strengthens hair by increasing keratinocytes.
- Stops hair ageing by stimulating hair follicle metabolism.
- Increases the amount of hair to be grown by strengthening the epithelial root sheath and the hair bulb.

Usage:
ALOPEL® should always be applied to a clean scalp. Apply 1-2 times a day on the damaged area. Massage gently for 30 seconds until the foam is absorbed. Do not wash or rinse the scalp for three hours after application. It is recommended to apply ALOPEL® overnight.
