1 tablet (daily dose) contains: motherwort leaves (Leonurus quinquelobatus) – 100 mg, hop inflorescence (Humulus lupulus) – 50 mg, roots and rhizomes of valerian (Valeriana officinalis) – 50 mg, leaves of common oregano (Origanum vulgare) – 50 mg. , leaves of peppermint (Mentha piperita) – 25 mg, melissa medicinal (Melissa officinalis) – 25 mg.

Recommended as a food supplement – an additional source of iridoids.
1 tablet contains 2 mg of iridoids.
Composition: Filler microcrystalline cellulose, motherwort herb, hops herb, valerian roots and rhizomes, mountain ash leaves, peppermint leaves, molasses leaves, anti-caking agents calcium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.
Method of administration: Adults take 1 tablet 1 time a day in the afternoon with meals, duration of use 20 days or 1 tablet 30 min. before bedtime for sleep disorders. Duration of use – 25 days, recommended 3-4 courses of use per year.
