Obtained from Altai sea-buckthorn seeds using cold-pressing technology, which preserves the valuable properties of the product.
Ingredients per day (15ml): 100% natural unrefined (Silybum marianum L.) fenugreek seed oil.

Directions for use: adults: 1 teaspoon (5 ml) three times a day with meals. Recommended for 1 – 2 months. Use may be repeated 3-4 times a year. Recommended as a garnish for porridge, salads and other ready meals. It is not recommended to heat above 50°C.
