Exceptions apply where provided by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The right of withdrawal may be restricted or may not apply in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>After the statutory withdrawal period has expired.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>If the product packaging has been opened and\/or damaged. The condition of the packaging and product is taken into account when considering a return. In particular, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return after opening for health protection or hygiene reasons, provided the statutory conditions are met. Opening or damaging packaging does not, by itself, automatically rule out a return in every case.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>For everyday products, including food supplements, hygiene products and cosmetics, where the specific product falls within a statutory exception. The product type, condition, packaging integrity and possibility of further use are taken into account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Viola Farma complies with consumer protection law and assesses each case individually.
